Recipe:
- Mushrooms
- Baby corn
- A tiiiiny bit of butter or oil
- Tomatoes
- Fresh mozarella
- Season with salt, pepper, chili & herbs of choice
Throw it in the oven for 20-30 minutes in high heat. 200°C or so.
- Optional: serve with potato salad
It's delicious! And super easy!
